Windows mail margins

I assume that you mean when printing?

Internet Explorer>file menu>page set-up.

If I am wrong please explain what "a firm right margin" means in your part
of the World?

Sorry I didn't make that clear. I'm trying to send an email Christmas card
and I want the person receiving it to see a firm left and right margin so the
text does not run into the stationary graphics.
