Windows Mail & Live Mail

Is it possible to be running both Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail at the
same time in order to work with each and make comparisons between the two of
them?
 
I am new to comp. i have both. can only have 1 as default at a time
can switch back and fort from one to the other without change default.
can also change default w/no problems
windows live mail will accept hotmail account
windows mail not
 
Yes. I use them both, plus Thunderbird at the same time.

When you install WLM it removes the shortcuts to WM, but the program is
still there
"C:\Program Files\Windows Mail\WinMail.exe"
