Microsoft Mail Clients.....Mail vs Live mail

Microsoft has away to confuse users. Originally I was using Microsoft
Outlook Express as my mail client. Then Microsoft advised users to update to
Windows Mail since they no longer supported Outlook Express..so I did. Now
Microsoft is directing users to install Microsoft LIVE Mail????

What is the difference between Microsoft Mail (which I am running) and
Microsoft LIVE Mail....and, why would a user run LIVE over MAIL?

I finally realized how to Uninstall LIVE mail.....which I did, but How would
you Uninstall Windows MAIL.....it is not shown in Program and features and
should I decide to Run LIVE mail I surely don't need both...I guess??

Consider tryign this:

http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/

It is similar to Outlook Express but without the bugs. It does not have
the same issues as Vista Mail or Live Mail. Vist Mail and Live Mail are
really bastardizations of Outlook Express. If you get some errors they
will look familiar.

Thunderbird on the other hand seems quite stable.

The best way to find out the differences is to try out both programs.
You can run them concurrently.
You can't uninstall Windows Mail since it is part of Vista.
