Be patient- I am not a whiz.
I turned on my laptop Monday morning, went to get my e-mail through Windows
and I got an error AND asked for my password?! I have never used a password
(I don't even know what it is!) and all of a sudden I am now having problems?
Why? I am getting on the internet just fine.
This is what the error is saying:
Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR login failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
Now, I have to log onto Comcast to get my e-mail??
