Windows Mail file location

I am new to Vista and Windows Mail. I need to know where Win Mail keeps my
newsgroup addresses i.e. "msnew.microsoft.com". I have a security program
that cleans up daily activities and it keeps wiping out my newsgroup
addresses. Obviously I need to stop it from deleting this file. I'd
appreciate your help. Roving
 
Your security program should not touch anything in the folder
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\
