Question - How to transfer Mail Message rules from WinXP to Vista, Windows Mail

I am familiar with transferring Outlook Express Mail Message rules from one
PC to another, by copying part of the registry, but I had no luck
transferring from my Win XP Pro to Vista laptop. This is what I have
done -

1. Dumped the Win XP registry using regedit to a file name
WinXP-mail-registry.reg file (only the mail portion)

2. Using text editor replaced the address within the

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{.............}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Rules\Mail]

By

[HKEY_USERS\.........................................\Software\Microsoft\Windows
Mail\Rules\Mail\000]

Repeated for the whole file.

3. Although I have copied, edited, and reloaded the edited registry
portion, with proper address, and loaded it to the Vista, I do not see the
changes at all.

Any idea what am I doing wrong? Appreciate help.
