Window's Mail Error with Verizon authentication

Good Morning....last night my Windows mail worked just fine with my
Verizon.net account. This morning I am getting an authentication error. I
have checked the settings for incoming and outgoing mail and all the
passwords and user id....and yes my account is up to date.....is there
anything I have forgotten?

Please copy and paste the complete error message that WM gives when you try
to use your account.
