WINDOWS MAIL DOES NOT WORK

I was able to retreive my existing mail from the ISP server but i cant send
any mail with WINDOWS MAIL even when i set my account up?

Are you using McAfee or Norton anti email... I mean anti virus software?

What happens when you try?
