How do I make the Windows Mail program in Vista recognize Dreamweaver CS3 as
my htm & html editor? And how do I change permissions so that I can save as
stationary?

Windows Mail could care less what your default HTML editor is. That is set
in IE under Tools | Options | Programs. I don't understand the second
question. If you are using the Stationery wizard, then use its example of
"My Stationery" and it will save and you can rename it later.

When I do as you say, it only gives me notepad as an option. When I install
Word it adds that as an option. So, why doesn't it recognize Dreamweaver as
an option like it recognizes Word?
Also how do I unhide app/data so I can just put the company template in the
proper folder?

You can unhide hidden files and folders by going to Control Panel,
Folder Options, View.

This is a forum for Windows Mail in Vista. It doesn't cover Dreamweaver and
how it interacts with Windows. I suggest you search Google for the
solution.
