Windows mail - cant paste bitmaps into mail body

Office has its own way of handling things that allow the copy and paste of
images. OE and WinMail require that an actual file be referenced. Also
bitmaps can be reduced in size by a factor of 100 or more if they are saved
as jpegs instead. And you can do that with Irfanview www.irfanview.com or
Paint in Windows.
