Windows Mail and Yahoo Business

I recently downloaded my messages from Yahoo Business to Windows Mail. The
messages were downloaded from my Yahoo inbox. When the download was
complete, it did not leave a copy of the messages at yahoo. Is there any was
to get them back to yahoo?
 
No, not unless you email them back individually.
To prevent that from happening in the future:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Advanced,
enable "Leave a copy of messages on server."
