Windows Mail and Live.com acct/servers

I have vista..and I have Windows Mail. I tried to set up an account for it to
receive my @live.com email and I keep getting an error - it also asks for
POP3 and so on and I don't know what that is for @live.com accounts.
Shouldn't I be able to get my live.com emails in Windows Mail?
