Windows Mail won't connect to Hotmail. You may prefer to download
and install Windows Live Mail, which will, in addition to handling any
accounts Windows Mail can handle.

I don't see where "baines" asked a question, but to answer the OP...
Windows Mail cannot access Hotmail accounts.
Use the newer Windows Live Mail, which can.

Yes, for POP3 and IMAP accounts. Go to
Tools | Accounts | Add

All of these accounts will go to the same Inbox because WinMail does not
have Identities. If you wanted identities, Four possibilities:

1. Use different Windows Users

2. Make new folders and make a message rule like this:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the message is from the mail.fjsmjs.com account
Move it to the fjsmjs folder
and Stop processing more rules

3. Use Windows Live Mail which has separate folders for each account:
