Windows Mail accounts

I created a second WM account (not identity). It shows this account exists
under "Accounts", yet I cannot seem to read emails going to this account. I
went to the "search" bar at the top and entered in the second account's email
address, but it says that "no items match your search". However, as stated
previously, the account IS created and shows up under "Accounts". I figured
out how to send emails from this second address, but how do I read accounts
to this address? I thought at one time that all accounts shared the same
huge inbox, but then I sent a "test" email to the second address. It doesn't
appear anywhere, not even in the default email inbox. HELP!

Email to from all accounts go into one Inbox.
Perhaps your second account is not set up to receive correctly?

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then the account in question, then
Properties. Is there a check mark in the box before Include this
account when receiving mail or synchronizing?

Also, does it help to click on Tools, then Synchronize All?

Did you use your internet provider's method of registering the second
account with them?

I do have the correct box checked under "properties" of that account and I
did the "synchronize all", but still nothing. As for my ISP, they told me
that other than the main account (default) through WM, they were not
responsible. Thus I followed the directions from the Windows Vista online
support to create my other new account.

To follow up on what the previous responder asked you, how did you
obtain this second email address? Is it valid on your ISP's server?
Can you log in via webmail to that second email account?

Go to Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties
enter the correct server names, etc.

If you send a test message to the second account do you receive it?
I don't understand "how do I read accounts to this address?" unless you mean
receive. Both accounts will put the received mail in the same Inbox if they
are both POP3 accounts if you don't take steps to chage that.
