Per my orginal thread - Murphy that is not even close to my question and
frankly I am insulted at your answer. I am looking for serious people with
serious answers- I have a password- just not a user name on the logon screen-
I am looking for aomeone that can give me an alt. to secpol.msc- for home
prem. not something basic like you responded- Sir.

I don't know who Murphy is, but you have started a new thread here. Maybe
somebody knows what you want but why don't you state your question and your
situation.
