windows logo

Hi i want to apply a group policy that will change the
windows logo onto my company logo like when windows boots
up it shows my company logon instead of windows logo and
whenever any user locks his computer that window will also
contain my logo. from where could i change these logo and
how could i do this.
I have totally windows 2000 environment.
help is appreciable. thankx in advance.

You can't do this with group policy. It requires hacking a file on each
system, and you'll have to do this again after every service pack. I believe
the file in question is logo.sys.
