Windows Login

Hello all,

I have a user that turns on their computer, and do the control+ Alt + Delete
to get the login window. It takes about 2 minutes for the login window to
appear.
Is there any reason why it is doing this? I have other users who are not
experiencing this problem and it's only this user. Please advice or if you
have any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot this problem.

Folder Options/View - Automatically search for network folders and printers.
