Windows Login

After successfully logging into windows the system
immediatley signs off (As if I restarted or Shut down the
computer.) The window pops up and says saving settings.

Other users can successfully use the machine without an
issue.

Any Advice would be appreciated.

i would either rename your profile or delete it and see if
that fixes it

do you have roaming profiles? If so, you also have to
delete the profile on the server.
