windows logging off when I dont want it

How do I prevent windows from shutting down (logging off) say in the middle
of watching a soccer match? This happens when there has been no mouse action
for a certain period.

Have tried it, but doesn't work for me.

if changing power options or screen saver do not help.

then get and run a fan temperature program.
could be shutting down from over heating.

I use Speed Fan.

might also buy a can of CANNED AIR and blow the cow web and dust bunnies out of it.
