im getting the windows logfile ,same has the post below
Subject: Re: logfiles created in root directory 3/8/2007 8:46 AM PST
i try the download link supplied by the tech but all im getting file not
found.

You haven't quoted any of the message to which you refer so what the problem
is and what you've tried is unknown. Most people aren't going to hunt
around for what you're talking about. You need to include all relevant
details in your post.

the problem im having is the random log files left by the micrsoft installer
in the root directory 9b9378cb0428c556d3524a51 and loads of others , i read
the previous post made by another person here, the link that post left is now
non exsitsent.to remove this annoying directories of my system drive

Try this.

Folders name with random characters appear after installing a Service Pack
or hotfix

If the update installed correctly then just delete those folders.
