Hi there
My live email has suddenly stop connecting me to a site on internet explorer by clicking on a picture or link. It says I should Create an association in the Folder Options control panel. What does this mean and why would it have overnight as if by magic
cheers

You may need to describe exactly what your doing to get this as its not totally clear to me.

Are you saying that when you click on a picture/link within Live Messenger that it won't then connect you to that site on IE and gives you the message - or are you clicking on a link within IE to direct you to your Live email when you get the message?

no its the picture/link that gets the message for exapmle the email sen to say you had knidle replied and provided a link to click

Sorry I still can't work out what your trying to say :o

The message you are getting is basically saying that it can't find the associated program needed to open the link.

hi again,
apologies. when I get an email say from M&S they often have pictures/links that you can click which automatically open a page in internet explorer. that is when this message come up

Just for the heck of it, try pushing down shift while clicking on the link...see what happens.
