Windows Live OneCare with Internet Explorer

I am trying to set up a new compouter to be added on to a network, and I've
only been partially successful. When Internet Explorer 6.0 was first
installed on this computer, it was working fine. Then I installed Windows
Live OneCare on it and I can no longer access any internet sites. How must
Windows Live OneCare be configured so that it and Internet Explorer operate
in harmony with one another?
