Windows Live One Care

I am having a problem with activating this program. I am also having a
problem with Windows Update. It states there are new updates but when I do
the search nothing shows. Does anyone know if there is a problem with the
Microsoft Servers due to heavy traffic. I am on hold right now to talk to a
tech person. It has been about an hour up to this point and no tech.

I can't speak for the Windows Update issue you are seeing, but I can tell you
that Windows Live OneCare activation issues are being actively investigated by
the OneCare team.

the same thing happened too me when i got one care.the problem was another
program"Tune-up Utilities" was causing a conflict. you might look if you have
something like that uninstall.
