Windows Live Mail

I would like to uninstall windows live mail. I went to the control panel and could not find it. I ran a search on the whole computer and the computer could not find it. Can anyone tell me where it could be and how to uninstall it safely? I'm running Vista SP2.

It's part of Windows Live Essentials. I don't know if you can delete
just one program from it or not.
