Hello, is there a way for Windows Live mail to connect to Microsoft Office
Outlook 2003?
Thanks very much.

Hello Diane, thanks very much for the link. I did download & install the
connector, however when I click on the e-mail that is associated with
Windows, and which is located in the left pane of Outlook, I receive this
message: "This service is unavailable right now. Please try again later. An
unknown error was encountered during a synchronization operation with the
service. Some of the items might not have been synchronized."
Do you have any suggestions on how to rectify this issue?
Thank you kindly.

Hi Diane, I have been shutting down and restarting my p/c a few times since
I installed the Connector, but the Live service has not corrected itself. Is
there a patch for this issue, or something else I could be doing so that I
can use the features of the Connector?
Also, I have 4 additional e-mail accounts that I created in Windows Live
Mail, but only the one e-mail address that is associated with Microsoft
passport is displayed in Outlook. How can I read the other e-mail accounts
that I set up for Windows Live mail in Outlook?
Thanks for your assistance.

we recommend trying again later - the live service occasionally has
problems and it corrects itself.

You need to create accounts in the profile (tools, email accounts) for each
live acct.

In the lower right corner of the outlook window is a status button for the
live acct - click it and look for errors.

Hi Diane, I did create the one account that is associated with my Windows
Passport account. However, when I added the other 4 accounts by going to
Additional Server Types, the next dialog box shows 2 servers; one is MS
Office Outlook Connector and I fill in the necessary info for the e-mail
address, password and name. Then I close out Outlook through File/Exit and
launch Outlook again. When I choose any of the other accounts, I receive this
message: "The set of folders could not be opened"
Is there something I am not doing correctly?
Thanks.
