connector, however when I click on the e-mail that is associated with
Windows, and which is located in the left pane of Outlook, I receive this
message: "This service is unavailable right now. Please try again later.
An
unknown error was encountered during a synchronization operation with the
service. Some of the items might not have been synchronized."
Do you have any suggestions on how to rectify this issue?
Thank you kindly.
Rhoon said:Hi Diane, I have been shutting down and restarting my p/c a few times
since
I installed the Connector, but the Live service has not corrected itself.
Is
there a patch for this issue, or something else I could be doing so that I
can use the features of the Connector?
Also, I have 4 additional e-mail accounts that I created in Windows Live
Mail, but only the one e-mail address that is associated with Microsoft
passport is displayed in Outlook. How can I read the other e-mail accounts
that I set up for Windows Live mail in Outlook?
Thanks for your assistance.

Diane Poremsky said:You need to create accounts in the profile (tools, email accounts) for each
live acct.
In the lower right corner of the outlook window is a status button for the
live acct - click it and look for errors.
