Windows Live Mail Error ID:0x80048820

Hi, I need a little help. I have a windows vista home basic.
This error keeps showing up when I try and send mail:

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error:0x80048820

It also says"Windows Live Mail needs to download the folders before you can
read messages in this account. To download the foldes, click Download"

When I do try to download, it will show the same error message.

Can anybody help me.

You're more likely to get help with Windows Live Mail problems
if you describe the problem more fully in newsgroup:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

For example, right click on the error message and copy all of it
to your description, not just the error number.
