Windows Live ID sign in box ?????????

this has become very annoying: everytime i go to my computer>C:\>documents
and settings and then open my username folder to delete TEMP files manually,
(or just have it open) i get this "windows live id sign in" box .... its
becoming very annoying and as long as i am in Windows explorer it keeps
poping up
eventho i hit cancel.

i did run a virus scan and spyware scan in safe mode ... and nothing was
found, all is clean.

anybody knows whats going on? how do i get rid of it?

I couldn't find it in "add/remove programs".
