Windows Live ID sign in box ?????????

this has become very annoying: everytime i go to my computer>C:\>documents
and settings and then open my username folder to delete TEMP files manually,
i get this "windows live id sign in" box .... its becoming very annoying and
as long as i am in that folder (documents and settings) it keeps poping up
eventho i hit cancel.

anybody knows whats going on? how do i get rid of it?

What protection programs do you have? (Antivirus, antispyware, etc.)

mcafee virus scan and firewall

... and i have lavasoft adaware, windows defender ... but these are not
all-time running

And have you ran them in Safe Mode?
