Windows Live Error Message ID: 0x800CCC0D

I am having trouble sending from the windows live mail account I've set up.
The error message says "Host server SMTP can not be found. Please verify that
you have entered correct server name. I have pop3 incoming and SMPT outgoing.
All that is in properties for server is SMTP is there more to the server
name? Error message 0x800CCC0D. Port 25, Socket error 11001. If you have any
ideas I would all ears at this point.

SMTP, SMPT, and pop3 are not valid server names, even though two of them are
valid protocols. The correct server names depend on which email provider
you
are trying to connect to, so ask that provider for instructions.

Also, this newsgroup is not the correct place to discuss problems with
programs
in the Windows Live family. If the program you want to discuss is Windows
Live
Mail, you're likely to get better answers if you ask in newsgroup:
