windows Live ail - data files locatio

Hi,
I had to install a new copy of windos Vista.
I have nowa new folder: C:\Windows.old - which contain's all the data I had
on my old Windows Vista.
Now I am trying to import all the mail setings and messages to my Outlook.
1. What is the name and location of the file that contain's the Windows Live
Mail data (contact, settings and messages)?
2. How can I import it to my Outlook?

You posted to the Windows Mail newsgroup.
If you really mean "Windows Live Mail" then you should post that question
to the newsgroup that specializes in WLM issues:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
