Windows licensing issue

Im getting the following error on my DC:

LicenseService {COMPUTERNAME} The product Windows Server is out o
licenses. Use License Manager from the Administrative Tools folder fo
more information on which users are out of compliance

Meaning that the number of licenses for my Windows Server Smal
Business Product is out correct? If so how do I go about purchasing ne
licenses? If not then please tell me what I need to do to fix this so
dont keep getting this message.
