Maybe it's a hidden bug.
How can anyone help you? You haven't told us anything about your
computer, your hardware, what changed between the time things worked,
etc. The suggestion you got about the keyboard was the first
troubleshooting step. How do you know the keyboard is "working fine"?
Did you connect it to another computer and the Windows Key + E works
there? Did you try a different keyboard on your computer?

It is not a "hidden bug". There is something wrong with either your
operating system or your hardware but there is no way to tell based on
information you have(n't) provided what it is.

See these sites for help in writing a good newsgroup post:

I am not saying this to hurt your feelings and I'm sorry if it does; I'm
taking the time to tell you this in order to help you maximize your
chances of getting useful answers.

Thanks for your reply, Malke
This problem occured after a normal shutdown. I checked md5 of
explorer.exe and shell32.dll, they've alright. All starup programmes and
severices didn't changed. I can't identify if there is anything else
changed.
I surely konw my keyboard works perfectly, because I have a Virtual PC
running Win98, in the virtualPC, win+e could lunch Explorer.
My computer is Thinkpad T42, I use "IBM Keyboard Customizer Utility"
assign "Right Alt" as "Windows Logo key". I tried reinstall "IBM Keyboard
Customizer Utility", reinstall Windows Denfender, reinstall McAfee
AntiVirus, even winxp sp2~~ all of them did nothing help.
err, need anything else?

There is nothing to do to talk to IBM~~~ then told me to bear this or use
R&R to reinstall os.
If i press win+e for serveral times, systray will stop responding...
Will there be a spywere or virus?

Well, I don't know if this is the cause but I don't like these entries
which indicate you may have malware and the Qdens trojan:
taskmgr.exe 1840 D:\TOOLS\Norton任务管ç†å™¨\taskmgr.exe
What is this? If I Google for "Norton taskmgr.exe" this is what I get:
http://sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.purityscan.html
TIMPlatform.exe 1456 D:\Program
Files\Tencent\qq\TMDlls\TIMPlatform.exe
TM.exe 740 D:\Program Files\Tencent\qq\TMDlls\TM.exe

http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.qdens.b.html
http://www.pspl.com/virus_info/trojans/qdensa.htm

Unless you're Chinese, the above would certainly explain the Chinese
characters in the D:\TOOLS entry.

If I were you, I'd go through the preparatory steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Then run either Sysclean or David Lipman's Multi_AV:

Well, I don't see that I've done much for you since I don't know what
that last entry means except obviously something isn't working. Thanks
for explaining about the Chinese programs - since I didn't know you are
Chinese (and Marx isn't a name that would make me think you were
Chinese), naturally Chinese entries would raise a flag. The only thing
I can suggest is that you try clean-boot troubleshooting to see if any
of the software you have installed is causing a conflict with the
keyboard software. If you are Chinese, do you have a Chinese Thinkpad
with a Chinese version of Windows? Use any localization that could have
gotten messed up? If you uninstall the IBM hotkeys software and not
reinstall it, does the keyboard work correctly? I really don't know -
I'm just throwing out ideas.
