Dear sirs
I am using windows xp home edition. I also useing Sygate
Personal Firewall to protect my computer. It is free and
the verson is 5.0. Now it has a new verson free to
upgrade. I can download it, but cannot install it. A
message saying that it is either my computer is in Safe
mode or the windows installer is not properly installed.
Please help me to solve this prolem.

You'll need to uninstall the old version 5.0 first in
Control Panel before installing the new version.
