FIX: When you run Windows Update to scan for updates that use Windows
Installer, including Office updates, CPU utilization may reach 100 percent
for prolonged periods http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916089
Neither of which is available on Windows Update for Windows XP SP1. And for
all intents and purposes the only thing that Windows Update is good for with
SP1 is to aquire SP2.
