Everytime I try to open "my music" and any files associated with it, a
windows installer message crops up.

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable.

Click OK to try again or try an alternative path to a folder containing the
installation package 'HMTCDWizard.msi' in the box below."

If I click cancel, the message will dissappear and "My Music" will
eventually load up but then the opening of subsequent folders will also cause
the aforementioned to crop up.

How can I fix this problem? HELP! Thank you in advance.

on the Microsoft windows support pages there are some tools for removing,
cleaning and re-installing the Microsoft installer.

try having a search there and see if that helps
