I am unable to install Microsoft Offive 2003 Pro. I get a windows Installer
error message....the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource
that is unavailable

Bob, you can download the latest WI if you don't have ver 3.1 already.

Rich...thank you....I did this and still get the Windows Instaaller error
mesage "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable". This is my home computer and I have a laptop but I should not
be on a network. Any more ideas

Bob, this may be similar to the difficulties you are having. Try going to
that key in the Registry and see where it leads.

You could try exporting that folder and saving as a reg file. Then delete
the original. You could always restore by rt clicking
the exported key and choosing merge.
