Can not install software, message says windows intaller cannot work if windows is running in safe mode,which it is not
The software download is Hanes Tshirt maker lite. They told me that this was an issue with Windows XP. They said I needed to download Windows Installer 2. Where and how

Installer 2 or 2.0 comes installed on xp auto.,try control-panel,ADM.,services
scroll down to installer,double click on it,select,start auto.instead of the manua
mode it is now in,then click,start the service button.Installer only runs a shor
time 1-2 minutes (usually).
