Windows Installer stops

I have found out from this help site to start Windows Installer but when ever
I start it by services.msc and exit it stopes again. Please Help Thanks a

Windows Installer should only run while you're installing software.
If you have the Windows Installer service set to Manual or Automatic that
should be good enough. It should start when needed.

What problems are you having?
