Windows Installer - remove folder

The question is how to remove a temporary folder after the installation
is complete?
I have Configs folder with several config files used for different
environment.
During the Setup, one file is copied to the Web.Config.
Once the installation is completed, I want the Configs folder to get
deleted.
Do I add a command to MSIAssistand.Dll.Config?
