Windows Installer problem

Hi ,

Whatever I tried to install on my computer , I encounter following messege

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package
exists and
t hat you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that
this is a valid Windows Installer package"

I already reinstall windows installer 3.1 package

I unregistered and reregistered windows intaller dll and msi files.

But it did not make any difference!!!

What am I supposed to do ,

Please Help me
