windows installer is confused (msiexec.exe)pls help me

hi
when I want to create a new folder at any place,windows installer comes up
and tries to install "corel grafic suite 11".but it doesn't find target
".msi" file and cancels the program but again starts doing the
same.Acordingly when I check my process list,I find that "msiexec.exe" in two
places is working.I have to mention that I scaned my computer with an updated
virus scan of norton and spy sweeper as well.
pls try searching on this strange problem.

Run the windows installer clean up utility.
