Windows installer error

Hi All,

I recently upgraded to XP and am trying to install SystemSuite 5.0 but
during the installation I get the following error:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable"
"Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the
installation package glc2.tmp"


Apparently this is some sort of .msi file which I really don't know what it
is other than something need to install programs. Any ideas? Thanks in
advance.
