Windows Installer always tries to install PC-cillin

Hi,
each time PC powers up, Windows Installer always tries to install PC-cillin.
How can this be stopped.

I've tried removing it using Add/Remove Programs but this fails with 'fatal
error'. Actually using Norton Antivirus and want to stop the Installer from
trying to install PC-cillin each time as it requires someone to click
'cancel' several times before bootup completes.

Did you install Norton *before* uninstalling PCCillin? If not, note that it
could be the cause of the problem. You should never try to have two
antivirus apps running at the same time. If you uninstall Norton, can you
then uninstall PCCillin? If not, if you try to reinstall PCCillin, can you
then uninstall it successfully, reboot, and then install Norton again?
