I recently bought a Sony camcorder with a 30 gig hard drive in it. After I
have transferred the files from it onto my hard drive on my computer when
ever I open the file where the videos are stored on my computer the following
happens and I have no idea as to why it's happening. After opening the file:
Windows Installer opens and says that it's configuring "Photo Gallery" it
goes through all of it's motions and then says that what it's looking for
must be on a CD. When I click on cancel it starts over trying to configure
"Photo Gallery". Every time I hit cancel it just keeps trying to configure
the Photo Gallery. I have absolutely no idea what or where this Photo Gallery
program is. I have changed the program associated with the MPEG files so it
uses the Nero and or Real Player viewer instead of Windows Media Center and I
still get the problem. Do you possibly happen to have any idea what or why
it's happening?
