windows installation

hi... recently i changed my motherboard and the chipset is VIA and my
previous motherboard was INTEL chipset. after i changed my motherboard the
window xp not boot. so i tried to reinstall the window ( i have 4 partition
in my harddisk) but it showing only C drive.Mean if i install new window i
will lost all my 4 partition data.
Finally i 'm begging PLEASE HElp ME !!!!
