WINDOWS in recycle bin

OK..this is the 2nd time this has happened this week. I
was deleting mp3s..usually I only send 3 or 4 to the bin
at one time and then empty it, well after emptying the
last few I noticed that the recycle bin icon showed that
there was something in it. When I click empty it asks if
I want to delete WINDOWS. When I open the bin there is
nothing there but it still shows that I can empty it. Any
ideas on what is going on here? This pc is only 2 months
old and it has all its updates. I scanned with Nortons
and this pc doesn't connect directly to the net. Please
help me.

I've had the EXACT same thing happen to me suddenly odd. Have you bee
able to fix it? I'm running XP pro
