Windows Help and Support

I cannot get the help and support to come up off my main
menu...I get an hour glass for a second and thats it...I
need to get to the Restore to restore back a day or so.
When I run restore from the restore exe file I get a blank
screen.......any suggestions?

Short of reinstalling however if you have a solution center on your start menu then you can get help and support from their and make a shortcut if you like.

restore.exe? The System restore interface to run is
Windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe - normally found at
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore
