Windows Help and Support has stopped working

When trying to get into Vista help and support, I get the message:
"Windows Help and Support has stopped working"
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available"
No solution has appeared. I have installed the Kriston Kenny
"fix-windows-help-and-support.aspx" fix but this has not solved the problem.
Any ideas for a solution would be appreciated.
 
Are you using the Start Menu, Help & Support? The Help button in some
Programs doesn't work in Vista if it depends on Windows Help. See if this
applies--http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607
