windows has encountered a problem and needs to close

I get an error message when I open up Paltalk chat
program.. It says Paltalk for windows has encountered a
problem and needs to close... I have ran this program for
years and never had this happen... how do I fix it.
 
You may want to uninstall the program through Add/Remove programs, and then
reinstall it.
