Windows Genuine Advange Tool - slow bootup

After I install the update for the WGA, my computer passed the validation.
But now each time when I bootup the computer, it take a much longer time to
bootup Windows XP pro sp2 than before the WGA is installed. Do other people
have the same issue? How can I fix it? Thanks.

WGA shouldn't have any impact on bootup.
